BIO

There is an esoteric way of life for first generation immigrants: a composite of stringent parenting,
meager, resources and fiscal constraints. All of which results in a constellation of seamlessly endless
vocations. Phonephet began his working career as a busboy at a seafood resturant. The food might have
been palatable, but not the long hours, tumultuous workload at school, soccer practice and dubious late
nights; evocative of the hard working mentality Phonephet adopted at an early age.

Subsequently, a series of disparate jobs followed. The first of which was being a car salesman. After
ample  experience in this field, he found himself in the computer industry. He sold and bought computer
parts for his respective company. The amalgam of occupations culminated in his next vagary of becoming
a reserve in the National Guard. In what seems to be a patchwork of activities, Phonephet is always
cognizant of his milieu. Amidst the strenuous, slavish military training, and underneath the accoutrements,
was a man who weaned himself from his childhood dreams, and  began assuaging his hunger to create
music.

The persona of Arjarn was soon to be adopted. His modus operandi of pursuing your life's goals and
working hard was in full vigor. The confluence of 80's rock, 90's hip-hop, contemporary artists, and
traditional Laotian beats were the foremost ingredients to his music. You can hear a plethora of these
genres in his magnum opus; his current CD: Come Get Some.

The dream of becoming a musician was consummated in his first CD release. His natural bent for music
is intrinsic in his work. All the lyrics, beats and the website: www.arjarn.com, were concocted by him.
His  music reminds us of the insidious pleasures of life. A novel, newfangled genre where life's affinity
towards extrovertness, gaiety and harmony burgeons throughout. Soon the pseudonym of Arjarn will be
lionized throughout the world as his popularity proliferated.
